Cancellation Policy
A 50% Booking Fee will be required for certain treatments, payable upon booking.
This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation policy applies.
A full 48 hours’ notice is required when cancelling or altering appointments.
Cancellation/Alterations made after this notice period will incur the full cost of the treatment. No exceptions.
